Durham City Scuba

This flyer is an old update from my portfolio back catalogue. I was asked to provide the design and an illustration for this flyer by Durham City Scuba. I was also asked to convert their existing livery to vector based imagery, so that it could be used at high sizes and resolutions.

Double Whammy

For the first time ever, I've made two posts in one day. How very productive, maybe I'm turning over a new leaf?

New Illustrations - Now with extra ink!

These were fairly quick; drawn, inked and touched up - all done today.

I've been playing around with some ink, with a view to doing some T-Shirts/Branding of my own. There are more illustrations on the way, and one or two that I'm not sure whether I can release yet. Watch this space...

Leftovers

These are two designs that I did for a competition run by IdeasTap for a brief entitled "Leftovers". Since we have nothing but turkey sandwiches for lunch for about a week after Christmas in my house, it seemed like the next logical step to ask what zombies eat on Boxing Day?

There are two variations on the same design and I'm still mulling over which one I prefer.

The Monk

This image took way to long too finish off, but I'm happy with how it turned out. The small blog image here doesn't do it it's full glorious justice - but you can get the jist. It ended up looking quite religious, Monks'll do that for you.

Warhead

These are some images I just finished, they're based on the other posters I put up at the start of the blog.

I've been experimenting with the transparency masking in Photoshop to get the distressed look and I put a canvas texture into the image to give it a more tactile impression.
